On one of the Hyper-V machines some of the counter groups show up normally in Performance Monitor but some are missing (namely Hyper-V Virtual IDE Controller, Hyper-V Virtual Storage Device, Hyper-V Hypervisor Partition, Hyper-V VM Vid Partition, Hyper-V Hypervisor Virtual Processor). This morning none of the Hyper-V counters was available – I asked admin to reboot, so some counters came back but some were still missing.
